All original dimensional artwork sales are final.
If damage occurs during shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Photo evidence is required.
If artwork arrives damaged:
Client must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photographic evidence of damage must be provided.
Packaging must be retained.
If verified as shipping damage:
We will either:
Repair the piece (if possible)
Issue partial refund
Offer store credit
Full refunds are not guaranteed for limited originals.
If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:
Dispute the claim
Provide signed agreement documentation
Restrict future purchases
Deposits are non-refundable once construction begins.
Completed commissions are final sale.
Refunds are available up to 24 hours before your scheduled session.
No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
No refunds after session has occurred.
